At MADD, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item is in its original packaging (tags attached, if applicable).
The item is not final sale (some items, like clearance or personalized products, may not be eligible for returns).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
The reason for your return or exchange
Return Authorization:
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning your item(s). We must receive the returned items within 2 days of receiving the RA number.
Return Shipping
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Prepaid Return Label: In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. This is typically for defective or incorrect items.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders, as well as any customs or duties fees.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within [X] business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the items once they arrive.
